  • I’ve personally introduced this routine on day one, but it can take anywhere from 2 weeks of solid practice to 6 weeks of solid practice to see the change and positive impact on your child.

  • Often kids won’t want to do the activity until they start to connect and love the practice. They will love it if you are loving it with them. So its normal to see resistance or push back. Don;t make them wrong, just keep moving forward to the next step and then the next activity. Be in flo with them and where they are at. At the same time keep moving them to the next destination/activity. Which could be quite time and counting to sleep now and repeat this to 600 if needed. which doesn’t take that long btw and will only ever happen rarely.
